Record crowd attends 2008 Atlanta Trade Show

(Atlanta, GA) Summit Pet Product Distributors held its fifth annual Atlanta Customer Appreciation Trade Show on Saturday, April 19, 2008.  The event took place at the Hilton Atlanta Northeast Hotel in Norcross, Georgia.  Many of our manufacturers from across the country were present to showcase their products.  In addition, a record number of 132 stores and over 250 people attended the show.   

During the event, customers were able to browse the aisles of manufacturer displays while also being treated to a fully-catered lunch.  Summit Pet also gave every account in attendance a complimentary prize package of free product which was generously donated by our valued manufacturers.

After the event, customers were invited to a private reception in the Whispers Room of the hotel.  This was followed by a special dinner banquet in the Hilton's Peachtree Corners.  Stores, manufacturer representatives and Summit Pet employees all attended the event.

The Customer Appreciation Trade Show is targeted to our many customers in the Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina territories.  It is designed to bring our retail stores and manufacturers together, while allowing our employees to meet and interact with our many customers.  Summit Pet would like to thank all of those in attendance who helped make this year's show a resounding success.  We are currently making plans for our annual Open House Trade Show to be held in Greensboro this fall.
