Our catalog shows Item Numbers,
which is how we enter your orders, both online and direct. If your order
is placed direct, we are able to advise you of the availability of the product
at the time you place the order. If you enter an order online, we will
call you to advise that we received your order, items that are out of stock,
any specials and the total dollars on
your order.

Summit Pet Product Distributors has one
of the best fill rates in the industry! We increase the accuracy of your
order and reduce your put away time! Our state of the art scanner technology
allows us to label every box showing its contents. We provide a packing list to
help you locate every item ordered, telling you which box it was packed in. Our
UPC barcode scanning technology virtually eliminates errors with your order.
How
to Become a Summit Pet Products Customer

If you are interested in becoming a
Summit Pet Products customer, please
complete the Customer Information Sheet, Certificate of Resale, and a Web
Access Application Form. You can either fill these out online or print them.

Once we have received your application and our
Credit Manager processes it, your account will be setup. We will then
contact you with your order day, approximate delivery day, your web ID and
password (you must be a Summit Customer to order online). Allow at least
48 hours for this process to be completed. Our terms for website
customers not in our delivery territory are always credit card
only. For more information, please refer to Summit Pet's
Terms and Conditions.

When placing an order online, it must be completed
before a specific deadline (2:00pm for Atlanta distribution and 4:00pm for
Greensboro distribution). If you enter an order past your deadline, it will
automatically change your delivery date to the following week. Once you have
completed your order, you will receive a confirmation number via e-mail and a
call to advise that we received your order, items that are out of stock, any
specialsand the total dollars on your order. If you do not receive the e-mail
confirmation and phone call - please call 800-648-7387 to verify we received
your order.
