Summit Pet’s long-time Customer Service Manager retires

On December 30, 2005, Rosann Robinson finished a stellar career at Summit Pet Product Distributors when she retired from her position as Customer Service Manager.  Rosann announced in late summer that she was ready to retire and spend more time with her husband Bill while working diligently on improving her golf swing.

Rosann began her career with Summit Pet on September 9, 1996 and immediately placed her stamp on the customer service department.  During her career at Summit Pet, Rosann oversaw the growth of her department from 6 to 12 customer service representatives.  In addition, Summit Pet grew from 45,000 to 175,000 square feet in Greensboro and added our Atlanta facility of 60,000 square feet during her tenure.  Sales increased over 150 percent while under her watch.

Rosann brought a high level of professionalism and a truly wonderful sense of humor to her job while also being instrumental in helping build lasting relationships with our customers—something that Summit Pet prides itself on greatly.  To those in her Summit family, and the many customers, associates, and friends along the way, we will miss her presence greatly.  We wish her a long and happy retirement!
