We provide a packing list to help you locate every item ordered telling you which box it was packed in. Our UPC barcode scanning technology virtually eliminates errors with your order.

We want you to have no unexpected surprises when your order arrives with an invoice showing zero shipped for the item you ordered. Summit Pet wants you to have the opportunity to fill your stock from another supplier on the rare occasion that we can not deliver that item to you. Being in stock for your customer is the most important thing.

• Summit Pet will deliver to you on holiday weeks. We only observe six holidays per year, but we still deliver to all of our customers during those weeks. Ask your Customer Service Representive about your specific schedule during holidays.
